Data controller
Industrial Machinery Export Bilbao, S.L. (EUROBOTS), VAT/CIF ESB95266665, Pol. Ind. Ugaldeguren III, nº 32, pab. 1, 48170 Zamudio (Bizkaia), España. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +34 647 044 924. This site is the professional page of Alessandro Tenti, Sales & Marketing Director at EUROBOTS.
What data we process
Only what you give us voluntarily: name, company, job title, email, phone and details of your project (part, cycle time, photos, drawings) when you write by email or WhatsApp, book a consultation or subscribe to the newsletter. We do not ask for special-category data: please do not include any in your messages. The site uses no forms that store data on its own server.
Purposes and legal basis
a) Answering your enquiry, preparing and holding the meeting you request and, where relevant, sending you a quotation: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). b) If you become a customer, managing the business relationship and meeting tax and accounting obligations: performance of a contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR). c) Sending you the monthly newsletter, only if you subscribe: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). d) Keeping in professional contact with people who have already asked us about similar products: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object at any time.
Do you have to give us your data?
No. But without a way to contact you we cannot reply or confirm the appointment, and without your email we cannot send you the newsletter.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 2 years from the last contact, unless you ask us to erase them sooner. Customers: for the duration of the relationship and then for the statutory periods (6 years for commercial and accounting records in Spain). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Who else has access
We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing; we disclose it only where required by law. It is accessed on our behalf, under data-processing agreements, by the providers that run the service: web hosting (Cloudflare), corporate email, the booking calendar tool (Cal.com, Cal.com Inc., USA), the anonymous statistics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and the newsletter platform (Brevo, by Sendinblue SAS, France). If you choose WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by Meta under its own terms.
International transfers
Some providers (for example Cloudflare, Cal.com or Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area, under GDPR safeguards: participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to [email protected] stating which right you are exercising; we may ask you to prove your identity. To leave the newsletter, use the link in any email. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), the authority competent for the controller, or to the authority in your own country.
Automated decisions
We make no decisions based solely on automated processing and carry out no profiling that has legal effects on you.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the site, access limited to the people handling your enquiry, and providers that offer GDPR safeguards.
Children
The site is aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or the site. The date of the last update is shown above.
Cookie policy
What they are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The law requires your consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics or advertising cookies.
Cookies on this site
alessandro-tenti.com sets no cookies of its own and no third-party analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and fonts are served from our own server. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individuals: it only collects aggregate data (pages viewed, country, device type). That is why there is no consent banner. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may occasionally set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm, lasting 30 minutes) to filter automated traffic; it is exempt from consent.
External services
If you click “Show calendar” on the consultation page, the Cal.com calendar loads and may use its own technical cookies. If you click a link to WhatsApp, LinkedIn or other sites, you leave this page and those services' cookie policies apply. If we ever add cookies that need consent, we will ask before setting them and update this policy.
Managing cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). Blocking Cloudflare's technical cookie may prevent access to the site in specific cases.
